HARRISBURG, Pa. (January 4, 2018) – Leading accounting and advisory firm Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly) will host its second annual Not-for-Profit and Healthcare Executive Forum on January 25 at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia.
Through this half-day forum, Baker Tilly will share insights and guidance on current trends, challenges, requirements and best practices for not-for-profit and healthcare entities to help manage organizations’ operations.

This year’s agenda includes sessions on the revenue recognition accounting standard, FASB’s new accounting standard for not-for-profit reporting, tax reform, community benefit programs and effective Enterprise Risk Management and board governance. The speakers will focus on how these topics affect not-for-profit organizations, colleges and universities and healthcare providers.
The Not-for-Profit and Healthcare Executive Forum is free to attend and includes lunch and a networking cocktail hour after the day’s presentations. Registration is required. Attendees are eligible to earn up to five and four tenths continuing professional education (CPE) credits.
