Baker Tilly Marketing Professionals Bring Ideas, Influence to Leadership Roles at Accounting Marketing Association

CHICAGO (June 29, 2016) – Leading accounting and advisory firm Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly) is pleased to announce the leadership contributions of three of the firm’s marketing professionals to the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM).

This month, Midwest Marketing Manager Agatha Gaca became president of the Chicago AAM chapter. “One of our initiatives for this year is to grow our reach and expand our membership size. I’m excited to lead this group of bright, collaborative and enthusiastic marketers,” Gaca said. Through my leadership role in the Chicago AAM Chapter, I hope to serve as an ambassador for Baker Tilly.”

In January, Midwest Senior Marketing Associate Christy Leintz completed her one-year term as president of the Minnesota AAM chapter. “I enjoyed being president of an organization that has helped me grow as a marketing professional in public accounting,” Leintz said. “The Minnesota chapter had a great year of informative speakers and events and roundtables – and I’m confident that will continue in the years ahead.”

Healthcare Industry Marketing Manager Andrea Moore has contributed to three high-profile AAM communications initiatives as co-chair of the publications committee, co-chair of the social media task force and as a member of the strategic communications committee. “As a professional services marketer, AAM has been instrumental to my growth through educational events, leadership experiences, and networking opportunities,” Moore said. “I have developed many relationships with great marketers over the years, and I am proud to be part of an organization that strives to improve and grow alongside the marketing industry.”
