The largest and most top of mind strategic initiative for many companies today is growth. This isn’t a new initiative but the manner in which growth is achieved is a lot different than it has been in the past. Often what has historically gotten companies to where they are, will not get them to where they want to go, from a growth standpoint. What it’s coming down to, is no longer just the products or services they offer, but the experience that is wrapped around their products and services to create differentiation. Organizations have to evaluate the changing marketplace and create differentiation on experience in order to achieve top line growth.
