Sean Dingeldein, a managing director with Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, joined the firm in 2004 and has more than 20 years of investment banking, private equity and financial advisory experience. He has advised shareholders of middle-market companies, private equity firms and multinational corporations in sell-side, buy-side and recapitalization transactions.


  • Diverse transaction experience including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings and strategic advisory assignments
  • Wide-ranging experience advising owners of closely held organizations dealing with growth, capitalization and liquidity issues
  • Extensive background advising on the sale of private agribusiness, food and beverage companies

  • Assisted owner and CFO of a company with a $250 million enterprise value analyze strategic divestiture and recapitalization options and execute selected plan
  • Advised bank holding company board of directors and managed the sale of its one-bank holding company in a reverse merger transaction
  • Provided analytical support to shareholders of a multi-unit restaurant management company in preparation for a $25 million sale-leaseback transaction and to developers of a $100 million resort property
  • Has worked with clients in Canada, England, Hong Kong and Dongguan
