Michael Patti is a partner in Baker Tilly’s healthcare consulting practice and leads the health plan consulting arm of that organization. With more than 15 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, Mike leads teams of consultants focused on implementing solutions to help health plans navigate the operational transformations required to tackle a myriad of issues they are facing today – including implementing new reimbursement models that connect quality outcomes, cost and utilization efficiency to payment levels, building capabilities to engage consumers and other emerging health plan markets, developing and building innovative risk adjustment strategies, systems and processes, and integrating quality and care management programs across health plan lines of business and enterprise objectives. Prior to joining Baker Tilly in 2003, Michael worked in the consulting practice of a global professional services firm.
- Assists clients with large scale technology transformation initiatives, focused on business strategy alignment, business process and management information availability improvement – experience with both custom software development and package software implementation
- Assists clients with the development of management information and reporting solutions utilizing business intelligence technology to enhance the delivery of management information
- Assists clients with information technology due diligence efforts in support of merger and acquisition activity and long-term improvement roadmap development
