He is an experienced tax professional providing tax consulting and compliance services for clients in the real estate sector. Justin's clients include multifamily, residential, retail and commercial real estate developers and their individual owners. He also provides tax compliance and consulting services to closely held businesses in various sectors, including restaurant, retail and service providers along with high-net-worth individuals.
- Works with real estate clients throughout the life cycle of a project, including advising on structuring entities, transaction modeling and acquisition and disposition analysis and strategies
- Assists real estate investors in their overall tax planning structure, including cost segregation analysis, 1031/1033 exchanges and other tax and cash flow planning opportunities
- Extensive experience with flow through entities and partnership allocation issues
- Expertise in tax compliance for syndicated partnerships, closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals
- Provides representation before the IRS and state taxing authorities
