Steven Higgins Joins Baker Tilly Capital’s Northeast Region Mergers and Acquisitions Practice

PHILADELPHIA (November 10, 2015) – Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly) announced that Steven D. Higgins has joined the firm as a managing director of Baker Tilly Capital LLC (Baker Tilly Capital).

Higgins will be a member of Baker Tilly Capital’s mergers and acquisitions practice operating out of the firm’s Philadelphia office. He has more than 20 years of diverse transaction and advisory experience, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings and other advisory assignments.

Higgins has experience advising clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, value-added distribution, business services, engineered materials, commercial equipment, branded consumer products, and retail. His client list includes owner-entrepreneurs, financial sponsors, privately held middle market companies and larger public and private corporations.
