In December 2013, the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued comprehensive grant reform rules titled “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.” The new requirements consolidate what was previously eight separate OMB Circulars.
