• Reviewed policies, processes, and systems across the commercial and public sector business units.
• Interviewed more than 40 executive-level employees and reported our findings and recommendations.
• Implemented policy, process, and system changes, to provide training to over 1,000 employees, and to develop internal audit plans. 
• Participated in a series of meetings that included the company’s GSA Schedule Contracting Officer, staff from the Office of Inspector General, and others.
