The New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) just issued proposed cybersecurity regulations. The regulations go into effect January 1, 2017 with a 180 day transitional period to fully comply. While many of the requirements are similar to other regulations, there are some notable highlights. Join us for a webinar overviewing the regulations, what is different from existing rules and the similarities and differences from existing frameworks.
