Since 2013, Andi has been the CEO of Cambridge-Lee Industries, a leader in the manufacture and distribution of copper tubing for water supply, air conditioning, refrigeration and a variety of commercial applications. The company successfully relocated certain of their manufacturing operations from Mexico to Central Pennsylvania. The company is celebrating its 75th year of manufacturing copper tubing in the USA with pride. Andi joined Cambridge-Lee in 2010 as CFO. She previously worked in various global finance, business development, and audit capacities at several companies. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Crown Holdings and Touchpoint, Inc., as well as being a Trustee for Caron Treatment Centers.
Jacob L. Kutz, CPA

Jake Kutz is a partner and leads the manufacturing and distribution team for our Central and Northern Pennsylvania business units. He also is the Assurance practice leader for those regions. Jake provides audit services to public and private companies and regularly provides them with guidance on policies and procedures to improve the operation of their accounting function and strengthen internal controls. Jake advises his clients on operational matters that provide solutions to allow his clients to achieve their goals.

Paul is a seasoned tax advisor with more than 10 years of public accounting and seven years of private industry experience. Paul joined Baker Tilly four years ago and primarily serves clients in the York, Lancaster, Reading and Lehigh Valley markets. He services clients in the manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and construction industries. His responsibilities include tax planning, accounting for income taxes, and tax compliance.

David leads the PMA, a statewide trade organization representing the interests of manufacturers in the state’s public policy process since 1909.
