This session focuses on The National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2014 (NDAA) and Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 (BBA), the provisions that significantly decrease the amount of an individual’s compensation the Government considers "allowable" under government contracts and how unallowable compensation must be treated from a cost accounting and compliance perspective, and discusses some Costpoint configuration and reporting options to properly identify allowable vs. unallowable compensation costs.
