Todd Boslau, an audit partner in the healthcare group, has been with the firm since 1995.  Todd specializes in serving the financial needs of senior living clients and works with continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing and personal care facilities, home health agencies, PACE programs, and subsidized housing projects for the elderly and disabled. Todd also has experience with providing professional accounting services for not-for-profit organizations, real estate companies, and small businesses.  

In addition, Todd has helped many of his organizations navigate through the complex and often confusing audit requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Experience

  • Partner-in-charge of the financial audits of numerous senior living organizations
  • Partner-in-charge of single audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133
  • Partner-in-charge of audits in accordance with the Consolidated Audit Guide for Audits of HUD Programs Handbook
  • Partner-in-charge of reviews, compilations, and other accounting services for small businesses
  • Presents financial and audit reports to not-for-profit organizations’ boards and committees
  • Provides guidance on accounting policies and procedures to improve the operation of the accounting function and strengthen internal controls
  • Oversees coordination of best practices on auditing healthcare organizations and HUD organizations
  • Licensed CPA in Pennsylvania
