Rike Harrison, chief sales officer (CSO) with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, has been with the firm since 2016. As CSO, Rike has leadership responsibility and accountability for Baker Tilly’s sales organization, leading sales organization design including business development and sales roles, sales channel, and resources delivery. Rike manages day-to-day operations of the sales function, helps create processes to drive lead generation, and strengthens our firm’s sales effectiveness capabilities.

  • Moves organizations into new markets and defining new market solutions to expand the client base
  • Designs and implements actionable client experience programs and introducing innovative and robust sales and delivery methodologies

  • Works closely with business leaders on all sales enablement and sales effectiveness efforts
  • Leads dynamic teams of business development and sales enablement experts
