Randy Staggers, partner in the governance, risk, and compliance services practice, has more than thirty years of experience in both industry and accounting firm financial leadership. His experience includes work with an international accounting firm and a $17 billion healthcare provider/insurer. He has significant experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, business transformation and change management, shared services, real estate, and procurement administration as well as in leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams to deliver value for clients. Randy utilizes his extensive financial background and business acumen to quickly assess and implement the appropriate response to meet clients’ specific business needs.  


  • Manages SOX 404 compliance engagements, including control design, implementation, and testing
  • Experience with design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management and ORSA programs
  • Leads co-sourced/outsourced internal audit engagements for clients ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500 companies
  • Coordinates strategy execution of financial and administrative shared services, procurement, corporate real estate and security, corporate tax, accounting, and reporting
  • Significant experience with assessing enterprise-wide and compliance risks and developing plans to address risks
  • Works with clients to assess, develop, and implement their internal audit requirements, including establishing internal audit functions, designing and implementing internal audit and control plans
  • Licensed CPA in Pennsylvania
