Julius Green is a tax partner with the Philadelphia tax services group at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. With nearly thirty years of experience working with tax-exempt organizations, Julius provides consultation on tax compliance and consulting matters that impact the not-for-profit, healthcare, senior living, higher education, membership organization, social clubs, and private foundation clients. His expertise includes merger transactions, due diligence, private inurement, deferred compensation, unrelated business income, obtaining and protecting exempt status, business income tax, sales and use tax, and employment tax issues.

Julius has been with the firm since 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Julius spent eleven years with two international firms and twelve years with two universities.

  • Develops tax solutions for clients including UBIT studies, community benefit reporting, community health needs assessments, unclaimed property reviews, and intermediate sanctions
