A partner in our audit and accounting services group, Jeff provides services to financial institutions, middle market manufacturing, distribution and technology companies, publicly traded companies, broker-dealers, and not-for-profit organizations. He plans and leads client audits, coordinating the engagement, supervising staff, and serving as a liaison with clients’ leadership teams.


  • Partner-in-charge of the financial audits of numerous community financial institutions, including several SEC registrants
  • Partner-in-charge of the financial audits for diverse manufacturing, distribution, and technology companies
  • Partner-in-charge of the financial audits for several broker dealer clients
  • Partner-in-charge of single audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133
  • Provides guidance on accounting policies and procedures to improve the operation of the accounting function and strengthen internal controls.
  • Oversees coordination of firmwide financial institutions audit training
