Donna M. Massanova

Partner, CPA

Donna Massanova is a partner in our audit and accounting services group and practice leader of the firm’s employee benefit plan (EBP) audit services group. Donna is responsible for marketing, business development, and directing team members’ education and training on employee benefit plans.

Her unique experience enables her to provide audit, accounting, and regulatory advice and attest services to our large public and privately held EBP clients. Her areas of expertise include the Securities and Exchange Commission 11-K filings, employee stock ownership, defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plan auditing.


  • Responsible for both internal and external education regarding employee benefit plan practice
  • Conducts numerous seminars, both internally and externally, and is a frequent guest speaker, addressing peers and colleagues on various topics, including the Department of Labor regulations and implications of new accounting and auditing standards
