Adam is managing partner of Baker Tilly's Illinois market. He provides leadership, management and strategic direction to grow the firm within the market. In addition, he fosters team member development and engagement, strengthening the firm’s presence in the community.

With more than 20 years of audit and advisory experience, working with both domestic and multinational companies, Adam brings a valuable perspective on growth and problem-solving. He shares the knowledge, resources, and power of our Baker Tilly International network to deliver exceptional results.

Adam brings a substantial and unique blend of experience working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies to navigate purchase accounting, working capital adjustments, opening balance sheet and exit strategy matters. Outside of audits, Adam also specializes in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, the research and resolution of complex accounting issues and project management of process improvement/strategy development.
