Baker Tilly encourages employees to obtain their CPA certification at the earliest possible stage of their professional development. Eligible employees can attend the Becker CPA Review Course with no out-of-pocket costs and reimbursement is provided for CPA licensure.  Ideally, employees should attempt to secure CPA licensing within the first two years of employment.
